As a former YMCA Executive, with extensive experience in operations and financial development, she understands the challenges facing non profits. She is a proven strong leader and teacher with excellent performance and outcomes in all areas of not for profit work including: financial development, board and volunteer development, staff development and relationship building. She has raised over $28,000,000 with tried and proven best practices of philanthropy.
She is an effective leader that loves to work with organizations to create a customized philanthropy plan that delivers high results. She is a trusted professional with the ability to visualize the future needs of a non profit and lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve the vision. Carole is the recipient of the 2010 Restore Small Groups Hope Award and the creator of Philanthropy University, a training and development program for YMCA leaders. She has an A.S. Degree in Business and Commerce and a B.A. Degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University.
